What Is a Psychological Assessment?

Psychological assessment could mean many different things for adults. The main purpose of psychological assessment for adults is trying to give you a better understanding of your brain health and emotions.

Psychological assessment helps define your cognitive strengths and weaknesses. This is a “snapshot” of your brain or cognitive functioning and your emotional health.
