Caitlin Greenwood is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in the State of California. She obtained her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Loma Linda University and has over eight years of diverse experience providing services to clients of varying age groups. She has worked in nonprofit, private practice, and acute care medical settings.
As a therapist, she considers it an honor to navigate life alongside her clients and enjoys creating a therapeutic space that is warm, compassionate, and empowering. Her approach is a blend of therapeutic perspectives, evidence-based practices, and environmental considerations tailored to address each client’s unique individual needs. She is passionate about therapy being a collaborative process and often incorporates mindfulness-based techniques, thought exercises, practical problem solving, curiosity, and humor into her sessions.
Caitlin is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) which allows her to assist in exploring how past experiences may be impacting current functioning. Her areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, work/school stress, life transitions, self-esteem, and grief support. Caitlin’s hope is that working together will facilitate self-discovery and healing, resulting in greater enjoyment of everyday life.
